After a long and distinguished career with MGM Resorts, Mr. Feldman became Senior Advisor, Global Industry Affairs in 2019.  In this role, he works across the MGM family world-wide to continuously improve the planning, development and implementation of policies and programs with a focus on responsible gaming.  He also serves as an advisor to the company’s development team seeking to develop in new jurisdictions around the world.

Mr. Feldman is an internationally respected figure in responsible gaming.  Mr. Feldman was recently appointed as a Distinguished Fellow of the International Gaming Institute at UNLV where he will lead the Institute’s responsible gaming programs.  He serves as Chair of both the National Center for Responsible Gaming as well as the Nevada Advisory Committee on Problem Gambling.  He also serves as a member of the Gambling Research Advisory Committee for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.  

Mr. Feldman has developed relationships with academics, clinicians, public health officials and problem gambling patients throughout his almost 30 year career and is a frequent speaker on responsible gaming at conferences, universities and media events around the world.

Mr. Feldman recently spearheaded the launch of GameSense, an innovative, player-focused responsible gambling program that encourages players to adopt behaviors and attitudes that can reduce the risk of developing gambling disorders.  This landmark program is now available at all of MGM’s U.S. properties.

He is on the faculty for the International Executive Development Program at the University of Nevada Reno and serves as a Board Affairs Advisor to the Macau Gaming Management Association.
